NAIDOC DAY
Date: Thursday 23rd July
Time: 10am-2pm
Red Range Public School warmly invites parents and community members to join us for NAIDOC Day celebrations. Enjoy a vibrant day filled with craft, dance, and storytelling activities that honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. A free sausage sizzle will be provided by our P&C, making it a wonderful opportunity to come together, learn, and celebrate. We look forward to welcoming everyone to this special event!
Education Week
Date: Monday 3rd August - Friday 7th August
Red Range Public School is excited to celebrate Education Week with our community. Parents are warmly invited to attend and join in a range of activities showcasing our students’ learning and creativity. Enjoy classroom visits, interactive displays, and performances, with a free sausage sizzle provided by our P&C. Come along and celebrate the achievements of our students—everyone is welcome! More information will be provided in our first newsletter in term 3.
Year 3 Transition
Date: 13th August, 3rd September, 29th October, 12th November
Time: All Day
Red Range Public School is hosting a special Year 3 Transition event for students. This day will feature engaging activities and opportunities for students to meet teachers and familiarise themselves with the next stage of their learning journey. We look forward to supporting our Year 3 students as they take this important step.
Book Fair
Date: Tuesday, 21st July 2026 - Friday, 31st July 2026
Red Range Public School is excited to host our annual Book Fair, giving students the opportunity to explore a wide range of books and spark their love for reading. The event will feature a fantastic selection of titles suitable for all ages, with students encouraged to browse, discover new stories, and share their favourites with friends. We look forward to seeing our school community embrace the joy of books and celebrate reading together!
HPGE Fun Day

Time: 10am-2pm
Red Range Public School is thrilled to join our Highlands Small Schools Alliance for our HPGE Fun Day, packed with exciting activities including dance workshops, creative arts, STEM challenges, and drama workshops. This special event offers students the chance to explore their talents, develop new skills, and enjoy a day full of learning and fun. We look forward to a vibrant and inspiring day that celebrates creativity, innovation, and teamwork!
Stage 3 Camp
Date: Tuesday 25th August 2026 - Thursday 27th August 2026
Red Range Public School’s Stage 3 students are heading to Lake Keepit Sport and Recreational Centre for an unforgettable camp experience. Students will enjoy a range of outdoor activities, team-building challenges, and adventure sports in a safe and supportive environment. This camp offers a wonderful opportunity for personal growth, friendship, and making lifelong memories. We are looking forward to an exciting and rewarding time for all!
